How many times have you heard already that "I've thought that cold calling is a waste of time for years"? Well you're going to hear it again from me! Hi, my name is Graham Cross from The Southern Highlands, near Sydney, Australia, and I've been in sales for over 30 years. I have spent a fortune on seminars, tapes and courses all advocating doing more and more of the same thing. I'd rush out, full of enthusiasm and eagerness to put what I'd "learned" into practice and time after time it would come to a grinding halt. I thought that I was dumb, that I just didn't get it. I would look back on what I had done and thought "what a WOFTAM" (waste of freakin' time and money). And it nearly sent me broke. I was unwilling to submit myself to the torture of more of the same, so I started to write my own procedures for lead generation by going back to basics (flyers etc.) but no-one wanted to listen. They all thought I was crazy. Then I stumbled across Frank's site and read his no-nonsense approach and light bulbs started going off in my head. It's as if Frank had read my mind, but written it down in such a straight-forward manner that, instead of it being a jumble of good (if not great) ideas floating around in my head, the whole process and reasoning became crystal clear as the pages turned. I'm not out of the woods financially, yet. But the clarity Frank gave me encouraged me to approach a company totally outside any field I had previously worked in, and offer my services as a Business Development Manager. That was six weeks ago, and so far I have built and launched a web site for them (with no previous experience), utilised just one of Frank' lead generating tools, married it to relationship building, information gathering and submission presentation strategies that I designed myself, and took off. It has proved so successful that they have asked me to slow down because I am generating more enquiry than they can handle. I have been so encouraged by this that I have started my own Business Development web site. However I am very much a novice at this "new" style of business, and, as previously stated, my financial ship has yet to set sail, let alone come in, that I am not too proud to ask for all the (free) help I can get. In closing, I owe Frank a great debt of gratitude. Not only for the great wisdom of his words which served to clarify my own thoughts (he doesn't do it for you, rather, he teaches you how to do it for yourself by using a cleaver mix of his life stories and experiences that we can all relate to) {cliched, I know, but true}, but also for making it so affordable to release such a wealth of knowledge. Thank You Frank, I truly appreciate your work.

I purchased your product about 4 months ago, then let it sit for about 3 weeks on the kitchen table unopened.
