     
30-DAY FREE TRIAL RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
If you have purchased one of our
products under a 30-day free trial offer and wish to return it,
please follow the instructions on this page - because the 30-day
free trial is such a generous offer and places us at very high
exposure to fraud and risk, there will be no exceptions
to the terms listed on this page:
1. Your return must be
received by us, not postmarked, at least one
(1) business day before the
date the 30-day trial period expires. It is your
responsibility to make sure we receive your return on time. We
encourage the use of trackable shipping options for this reason.
Be sure to allow one (1)
additional business day for your return to be processed to give our
building's mailroom time to deliver your return to us. For example,
if your return is delivered on a Friday, it most likely will not
reach our office until Monday, so please make sure you allow for
that extra day when shipping your return. It is your
responsibility to get it to us on time.
2. Products returned under
a 30-day free trial must be in new condition and suitable for
resale. Products that are damaged or otherwise unsuitable for
resale will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We
highly recommend the use of secure shipping materials such as bubble
wrap to avoid damage. We also recommend that you do not write in
books or otherwise mark materials until you are absolutely sure you
want to keep them.
3. Because we must receive
the product on or before the expiration date of your 30-day trial
period, we HIGHLY recommend that you use an expedited shipping
service such as overnight or second-day air.
DO NOT use economy shipping services such as Parcel
Post, Media Mail, Bound Printed Matter, International Surface Post,
and so on. These services can take up to 4 - 6 weeks for
delivery and we may not receive your return in time.
4. Please complete the
Return Authorization form, which you can access by
clicking here. We need you to print
this form and include a completed copy with your return item.
Please DISREGARD the standard return instructions on the form as
they do not apply to 30-day free trial orders. Please write "30 Day
Trial" on the first page of the form.
5. If we do not receive
your return within the time allotted for your free trial period,
your return will be subject to our standard return policy. For complete information on our standard

6. All returns

*DO NOT* send your return to the
return address listed on the package, which is
our fulfillment center.
If you do, they will charge us a $10 handling
fee that will be passed on to you, and you will
also be responsible for a 15% restocking fee on
returns which are sent to the wrong address.
6. Please note, we
cannot stop an order once you have placed it online. Our
fulfillment center packs and ships orders four (4) times daily.
You will need to wait for delivery and return it to us at the
address listed above in order to avoid billing.
7. Delinquent accounts: If you
have not returned the product(s) per the instructions on this page
within thirty (30) days from the date of your order, we will proceed
to charge your credit card for the balance due. If your card is
declined or payment is otherwise denied after three (3) consecutive
attempts, you will receive a total of three (3) emails requesting
payment. If you do not respond, your account will be placed in
delinquent status and we will mail you a final invoice for the total
amount due. If we do not receive payment from you within thirty (30)
days from the date on the invoice, your account will be turned over
to a third-party collection agency which will report your account to
all major credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account.
Please note, once your account is
in delinquent status, you waive your rights under our return policy
and we will not accept a return of the merchandise as settlement for
your balance due. Only full payment in U.S. dollars will be accepted
once your account becomes delinquent.
There are to be no
exceptions to these terms and conditions, especially #6. The link to
our return instructions is included right on our home page, and is
also printed in both our e-books and print books; therefore, these
instructions are easily accessible to all customers and we do not
make exceptions for anyone who did not follow them.
A word on Debit cards.
While Debit cards are an acceptable means of payment, please be
aware that we will not accept a request to call you first before
running your card. As been mentioned, we charge credit cards after
thirty (30) days from your order date and it is the responsibility
of the Debit card owner to be sure there are funds available for the
transaction. We will not be
held responsible for any overdraft charges from your bank because
you neglected to have funds available in your account to complete
the sale, or for restocking fees if you fail to follow the return
instructions properly! It is suggested that you log the
amount of the sale into your check register at the time you place
your order, with a note that the balance due will charge after
thirty (30) days.
